UK GDPR

Fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. ICO registered.

TLS 1.2+

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. No exceptions.

AES-256

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 — the same standard used by banks.

Signed DPA

Every client receives a signed Data Processing Agreement before going live.

Data Handling

How we handle your data

We only collect what's necessary to run your AI system. Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used to train models outside your account.

Data in transit

All communication between your systems and DeployIQ is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. This includes API calls, CRM syncs, and conversation data.

Data at rest

All stored data — including conversation logs, CRM records, and contact information — is encrypted using AES-256.

Data retention

Conversation data is retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Access controls

Role-based access controls ensure only authorised team members can access your data. All access is logged and auditable.
